Jen called me a week before we went over letting me know that Disney on Ice would be there the same weekend.  We missed it when it was in Everett, so I was excited that she could get us tickets.  We surprised the girls and they LOVED it.  Emmie sat with her mouth open, in awe, almost the entire show.  It was pretty darn cute!

Hannah went to a friends birthday party today at Paradise Pony Rides.  The birthday girl requested that the ponies be dressed like unicorns, so that they were.  Hannah LOVED riding the horses.

Now that Aunt Kim is living in Idaho, we really don’t get to see her very often.  She made a trip over before her busy season at work starts so we made a quick trip down to Grandma Judy’s to have dinner with her.  The girls love their Aunt Kim.

We’ve been hit by the crud and hit hard.  Tonight Emerson was out before 6.  I laughed when she woke up, mumbled something, took her binky out and laid back down.  Apparently she was having a hard time breathing with Mo in her mouth.  Poor thing.

It’s like Christmas here at our house.  Yesterday the new washer and dryer and today Littlest Pet Shops.  Aunt Becca’s friend was cleaning out her sons toys and sent these home for Hannah.  Hannah was SO happy.

I “signed” up to be the Art Docent for Hannah’s class.  Art is definitely not my forte but I’m hoping that the 1st graders won’t notice or care.  Tonight, Kira and I went to an art docent fair and we had lots of fun.  The first class we went to was on drawing a human face.  I haven’t laughed so hard in a long time.  Mine looks like a she/man with gigantor lips.  The instructor didn’t have enough erasers for me.  Come to think of it, it was such a masterpiece, I’m surprised she didn’t want to keep it…I’m wondering if the police department has any openings for sketch artists…

Today, Emerson and I cut out ideas for her Birthday/Christmas wish list.    She was so proud of her list and couldn’t wait to show her daddy.  Didn’t she do an excellent job writing her name on the bottom…including all three of her names.  :)

As I got into my car to leave work I looked up through the sunroof and thought it was too pretty to not take a picture.  I laughed because my car was covered in pretty leaves.  I really do love fall and all of the beautiful colors.  I think I left a trail of leaves all the way from Redmond to Lake Stevens.  :)

Emerson has a friend she calls her daughter.  Her name is Canada.  This is a picture of Emerson and Canada.  Aren’t they just the cutest.  ;)  Canada shows up at the most random of times.  Sometimes we go a few days without seeing her but she always comes back around.  Right now, we’re not sure where she is.  Emerson thinks she might be at her home.  ;)
