Today was Caitlin's graduation party and most all of the family was there. Heather, Jeff and baby Ethan made an appearance at the party. One would never have guessed that it was their first outing. They are very relaxed parents. :) I love this picture of the generations and I am so happy that my camera cooperated long enough for me to get it.

I have no idea what type of plant this is but I will forever and always think of Grammy Na when it blooms. When Grammy would stay at our house, while my parents were in Vegas for Dad's bowling tournaments, we would sit outside, drink lemonade and watch a little Hannah play. It was on her first stay here when Grammy pointed the baby bumblebees to us. Now every June we anxiously wait for the baby bumblebees to visit our pretty blue plant.

Emerson found a box full of Hannah's old princesses last weekend and she hasn't let them out of her site since. They've been to school, the grocery store, target and now they are joining us at dinner. We had an indoor picnic tonight and I laughed when I looked down to check in on Emerson. She lined them around her plate and was checking in with them as she ate. This girl makes me smile!

We set out on a letterboxing adventure this afternoon. Our clues took us to Flowing Lake in Snohomish. We searched and searched with no such luck. We did find where it was supposed to be but someone had removed the box. Big bummer for us!

We thought we'd try our hand at homemade pizzas. Ours didn't compare to the Pohl pizzas but they were alright. Hannah has decided that she wants to do this more often...she really enjoyed making her pizza just the way she likes it.

My camera has decided that it wants to be temperamental. This picture was the only one I got today and it was a test shot. I'm hoping I've figured out the problem and that it's done. I don't know what I'd do without my camera. I love my camera.

The girls did such a good job keeping themselves busy while we painted that we thought we would reward them with a movie. For reasons unknown, both of my girls LOVE Shrek, so Shrek the Final Chapter was an easy choice. For our family of four it was $42.50 for a 3-D matinee and that didn't include the two large sodas and the large popcorn...that was an additional $18. Thank goodness they were all refillable.

Poor Emerson has been suffering with a nasty sinus infection for the last few weeks. The Dr. said it would be a good idea to pick up some diaper cream when I pick up the prescription. Apparently it is some nasty medication.

Hannah's class had a potluck tonight. The kids sang a few songs and danced a couple dances. From left to right: Sam, Hanna, Abigail, Hannah & Makyla. Hannah is really going to miss Makyla next year when she goes to another school. She is her "BFF" and the two of them CRACK me up! I love that they're holding hands.

Another wonderful Mother's day, with the exception of Tom having the flu. The girls and I spent the afternoon with my mom and sisters at Becky & Rob's house. The weather was absolutely gorgeous.

We went to Brittany's softball game tonight. The game started at 7:30. We left during the second inning at 8:45 with a score of 11 - 4. Susan sent me a text at 10:30 letting me know that the game was just getting over and they won with a final score of 24 - 4. CRAZY!!

Oh. my. word. I'm in LOVE with this show. I didn't start watching it until a bunch of ladies at work suggested it to me. They told me to give it a few episodes before giving it the axe. After the first episode I was hooked.

Today we went to an auction for Monroe Christian School (Madison & Jacob's school). We left with $20 in Target gift cards, an iPod shuffle and an itunes card. Tom and I had a really good time, I'm sure the free lattes had nothing to do with it. :) I hope we'll be invited again next year.

Earlier on in the week, Hannah came home from school with one of these fortune teller things. I had so much fun with these when I was little. It's fun to see Hannah enjoying things I enjoyed. So far I'm going to have lots of fun this summer, I'm going to do well in school and I will sing and dance with Mr. Kusler. :)

We have a special place we put Emerson's binkies (aka Mo) when she's not using them. This green bowl (my favorite) has become a binky catch all. Out of the entire bowl there are only 3 or 4 that she actually likes. I'm quite certain we are going to have a much harder time breaking her of them than we did Hannah. She LOVES her Mo. Oh, what have we done?! :)

We spent the morning with the Pohl's before heading home. Grace and her friend Rachelle are in to jumping pictures. I had them all jump for me. I think out of the 750 pictures I took 2 weren't blurry. :) Tom is pretty impressed with his "hops".

Once again, too many pictures from a short weekend in Spokane so I'm spreading them out. We headed out to the Base for a school carnival. Tom got really excited when Eddie suggested we take two cars, one of them being the Jeep. Even though it was a little chilly, Tom thought it was pretty cool. :)
